Some people think placing advertisements in schools is a great resource for public schools that need additionally funding, but others think it exploits children by treating them as a captive audience for corporate sponsors. Choose which position you most agree with and discuss why you chose that position. Support your point of view with details from your own experiences, observations or reading.

In modern era of technology, advertisements have become one of the primary resource of income which also contributes significantly in generation of funds for any organization or corporation like schools. However, some argue that placing advertisements in schools will exploit the students by treating them as a captive audience for corporate sponsors. I strongly agree with the later notion. In the essay below, I will enunciate the cons of placing advertisements in schools. (72)
Firstly, placing advertisements in education institutes can divert juveniles mind as they lack control on themselves and also the psychological effect on students should be considered before thinking in this direction. There is a possibility that children will concentrate less on studies and focus more on the colourful advertisements which will make their future uncertain. For example, if a student is involved in various advertisement campaigns from childhood than he or she is more likely to lag behind in studies. (81)
Secondly, individuals will become more obsessed with money from very young age and if there is a shortage of money in any stage of their life while growing, they might indulge in an illegal act to achieve money.  (36)
In conclusion, I think that educational institutes should not be allowed to place any corporate advertisements in the school premises to earn extra money instead they should focus more on providing better education to students.  (35)
